She prepared a market plan for me and made sure that we priced the house properly based on the comps. She followed up to make sure the inspection, pictures and appraisal were scheduled quickly. She supplied comps to the appraiser along with a list of repairs so that we could get the price that we wanted. She stayed in contact with the mortgage person to make sure that they had everything that they needed and contacted the buyers when they needed additional information. Ms. Escoffery stayed in touch with the sellers and made sure that they had access to the house when they wanted another viewing (they viewed the property at least 4 or 5 times). This consummate professional made the closing go seamlessly from start to finish. I will not use any other real estate professional.
